The heritage. The Vesper is the fullest expression of the Lanéva vision: proving that 100% electric high-end yachting is not only possible, but genuinely desirable. Inaugurated on 26 April 2019 by H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco, this dayboat has since cruised the most iconic waters in the world – Monaco, Saint-Tropez, Venice, Geneva, Zurich. It carries the Solar Impulse Foundation label from Bertrand Piccard and took second place in the Monaco Yacht Club Energy Boat Challenge.
A hull built for electric. Unlike a retrofit, the Vesper was designed from a blank sheet around its electric powertrain. Hull lines, mass distribution and ergonomics are all optimised for energy efficiency. Built using noble, bio-based materials – European-grown flax fibre, volcanic basalt fibre with outstanding insulating properties, FSC-certified cork and wood – she carries up to eight guests in uncompromising refinement.
The powertrain. Industrial-grade electric motor delivering over 95% energy efficiency, certified and marinised lithium-ion battery pack rated for 3,000 cycles, intelligent supervision via telemetry and digital switching. Cruising speed of 15 knots, top speed up to 30 knots, range of 40 to 50 nautical miles depending on pace, and rapid DC recharging in 45 minutes. Total customisation: open runabout, fixed hardtop or forward cabin, upholstery, stitching and battery sizing all tailored to your usage.
